Fall cooking

Breakfast! French toast with carmelized pecans.

Simmered the pecans with butter, sugar and water until nice and gooey. As they cooled, I made the french toast with whole grain bread and lots of cinnamon. Topped the bread with the pecans and a lot of honey from my uncle's bees. Perfect fall dinner. Yes, I eat breakfast for dinner. And most meals.
